Getting Started

What do I need to qualify for wholesale ordering?

To purchase wholesale, we require a valid Seller's Permit number and a completed Resale Certificate on file.

How do I submit my resale information?

When you're ready to begin, we will email you the form to complete and return. Once it's submitted, we keep it on file in our system, so you only need to update it if your information changes.

What is the wholesale minimum purchase?

Our wholesale minimum purchase is $200.

Do you have case pack requirements?

Yes. Our case size is quantity of 3 per item.

Where can I download the wholesale catalog?

Processing

What is your processing time?

Orders are typically ready for pickup or shipment in 8–15 business days.

 

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping is always calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Do you ship wholesale orders?

Yes. Shipping options will appear at checkout when you place your order.

Do you offer shipping insurance or shipping protection?

Local Pickup

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Local pickup is available during normal business hours. No appointment is needed.

What should I expect at pickup?

A Lunam Love team member will review your order with you and check off items together before you leave, so we can confirm everything is correct.

 

Out of Stock + Availability

What happens if something is out of stock?

Our inventory is kept updated. If an item is out of stock or we are actively working on a formula, the product will be marked out of stock or hidden so it cannot be ordered.

What if I'm looking for a product I don't see listed?

If you have questions about availability or a product you don't see, contact support@lunamlove.com and we'll help.

 

Order Issues + Damages (Shipped and Pickup)

Shipped orders: what if something arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect?

Please email support@lunamlove.com within five (5) business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will guide you through the next steps and help you get it resolved.

Pickup orders: what if something is damaged or missing?

For pickup orders, we review the order with you before you leave so we can confirm everything together. Once the order leaves our shop, any breakage is considered transit-related.

What photos should I include if there's an issue?

Photos of the product, the shipping box, and the packing materials help us move quickly.

If damage appears to be carrier-related, what happens next?

If packaging shows carrier damage (example: crushing), we may ask you to file a claim with the shipping provider. We will share any information you need from us to support the process.

Do you accept returns?

All wholesale orders are final sale.

Can wholesale pricing change?

Yes. The wholesale catalog reflects current pricing at the time of publishing and ordering.
